Block of the Month

Every month, the South Florida Modern Quilters choose a different block to make. Anyone who wants to participate brings a block (or more) to the meeting. All blocks are entered in a raffle drawing, and who ever wins the drawing takes home all of the blocks. Each finished block counts as an entry (if you make multiple blocks, you increase your chances of winning.)

October 2015 BOM:

Our October block is Eastern Sunrise, a paper pieced block. When all the blocks are sewn together it creates a striking braid pattern. The color palette this is month is tequila sunrise.
